Service availability

Unfortunately we are unable to offer set availability times for our live chat service. However, as a general rule, advisors will be available during the hours in which our telephone helpline is open. For your convenience we have listed our helpline opening hours below:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm;
Saturday: 9am to 2pm;
Sunday: 10am to 12pm.
