Request a postal Deed Poll application pack

If you would like to apply for your Deed Poll by post you will first need to request a postal application pack. You can request your postal pack by calling our helpline on 020 3397 0889, by send an email to enquiries@deed-poll.org.uk, or by talking with one of our advisors using the live chat service.

In order to dispatch a postal Deed Poll application pack to you, we will need the following information:

Your full name
Postal address
Telephone number or email address

NOTE: Please be aware that it will take us substantially longer to process a postal application when compared to Deed Poll applications which have been received online or over the phone. This is especially true if you decide to pay for your application with a cheque as it will take around five working days for the payment to clear. The extra delay should not be a problem so long as you do not need your Deed Poll as a matter of urgency.
