Please be aware that the multiple application discounts which are mentioned in the Deed Poll section are not automatically applied - if you qualify for a discount, you must contact us after you have made payment and we will issue a rebate.

Certified Copies

Our Certified Copies service allows you to have multiple copies of your Deed Poll so that you can inform more than one organisation at a time, therefore quickening the chore of informing everyone. It has the added benefit of allowing you to always keep the original Deed in your possession, negating the risk of it getting lost or damaged.
While we are making the Certified Copies of your Deed Poll, we will also store an image of your document in our archive so that you can order spares if the need ever arises.
Processing Services
The processing service you choose dictates how quickly we will produce and post your Deed Poll documentation. Under normal circumstances, there will be no need for you to upgrade from the standard processing service but if you need your Deed Poll as a matter of urgency, the option is available for you to upgrade to proiority or express.
