Adult Deed Polls

In order to apply for an adult Deed Poll you must be at least 16 years of age or approaching your 16th birthday. The price is £15 though there are additional services available which will make the price increase. Child Deed Polls

Applying to change your child's name is a little more complex than changing your own but the process is still relatively simple. In order for us to ensure that everyone with parental responsibility has consented to the child's name being changed, you will need to send us a letter of consent.
