Apply for your Deed Poll by phone

You can apply for your Deed Poll by calling our helpline on the telephone number listed below. We have trained advisors who can submit the application on your behalf and give your guidance on any name change related issues. Both adult and child Deed Poll applications can be submitted through our helpline but you will also need to send us a written letter of consent in the case of name changes for children.

Payment methods

We accept all of our usual methods of payment for telephone applications including cheques, postal orders, bank transfers, etc, but if you are in any hurry to get the Deed Poll, you might want to consider using a credit or debit card to make payment due to the fact that we receive the payment instantly and can therefore start processing your application right away. All of the other payment methods will usually involve a delay of around three days.
