Processing Service
If you need your Deed Poll quickly you may want to consider using one of our upgraded processing services.
Standard processing
Our standard processing service is included in with the price of your Deed Poll and is therefore free of charge. We will send your Deed Poll out to you within four working days* of receiving your completed application**.
Priority processing
If you need your Deed Poll quickly you may want to consider upgrading to our priority processing service. Your Deed Poll will be dispatched within two working days* of receipt of your completed application**. The fee for this service is £3.
Express processing
If you are in need of your Deed Poll urgently and cannot wait for it to be dispatched using one of our other services you should use our express processing service. Your Deed Poll document will be prepared and posted to you* on the same day*** as we receive your completed application** and payment. The fee for this processing service is £5.
* All Deed Polls are dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Service unless it is otherwise agreed with us.
** "Completed application" means your application details, payment and Letter of consent if you are applying for a child's Deed Poll
*** The same working day dispatch can only be offered if your completed application is received before 3pm Monday to Friday.
