Getting a copy of your archived Deed Poll

If you ordered our Certified copies and archive service as part of your Deed Poll application and have now lost the original documents or simply want more certified copies, we can retrieve the digital image of your Deed Poll which was stored in our archive at the time and issue you with new copies.

The fee for getting extra copies of an archived Deed Poll is £10 for the first three copies and then £2 per copy thereafter.

We charge £5 to conduct a search of our archive but this will be waived if you go on to order certified copies. Therefore, you will pay £5 for the search fee and then an extra £5 for the first three copies of your Deed Poll (bringing the total to £10). If, however, your Deed Poll is not in our archive or you decide not to order copies, the £5 search fee will not be refunded.

To request a search of the archive call our helpline on 0800 781 6359. Please have a credit or debit card available to pay the initial £5 search fee.

Applying for a replacement Deed Poll

If you have lost your Deed Poll which was originally issued by us and you did not order our certified copies and archive service you will need to apply for a replacement Deed Poll because we will not have a copy.

As a previous client you will receive a £10 discount on your application making the cost of an adult Deed Poll £15 and £20 for a child Deed Poll.
